- Out of Paper. Load paper into printer and press the PAPER/RESUME button.

- Check for and remove obstruction, then press PAPER/RESUME button.

Remove printhead cartridge.
- Check/clean electrical contacts.
- Reinsert printhead.
- Replace printhead.
